Fayette Mall sports bar, restaurant closes less than six months after opening

A sports bar and restaurant that opened in Fayette Mall earlier this year has closed.

Par 6 Social, which opened in late February, has shut down after less than six months. The bar and restaurant was in the former Bar Louie location opposite The Cheesecake Factory.

Par 6 Social featured three Topgolf Swing Suites where customers could play simulated golf, baseball, hockey, soccer or zombie dodgeball.

Its menu offered upscale sports bar food, including burgers, wings, chops and steaks, along with craft cocktails and draft beers.

Owner Bob Megazzini confirmed that the bar has closed its doors permanently.

According to Fayette Mall manager Sarah Robinson, Par 6 Social closed Sunday.

“Our leasing team is hard at work to find a great new restaurant that Lexington will love to replace them,” she said.
