Looking for something indulgent? Graeter’s latest limited-edition ice cream is here

Graeter’s added a new mint-chocolate treat to its ice cream cast just in time for the weekend.

Minty Brownie will be available for a limited time by the scoop or pint at Graeter’s locations, the company announced July 25. Pints are available online with nationwide shipping.

The flavor combines a mint ice cream base and chocolate brownie chunks for a “refreshing yet indulgent flavor,” according to a Graeter’s news release.

“Minty Brownie combines the comforting taste of a homemade dessert with a cool summer twist,” the release states.

It’s is one of six limited-time flavors to be released this summer as part of Graeter’s Summer Bake Shop Collection. Other flavors in the collection include Cinnamon Sticky Bun, Beast Feast-Cookie Dough Unleashed, Blueberry Lemon Crumble, Pineapple Passion Fruit Sorbet and Caramel Pecan Cheesecake.

Each Summer Bake Shop flavor is made in “ultra-small batches” and is “retired for the summer” once it is out, according to the release. Only two flavors from the collection remain available online: Minty Brownie and Pineapple Passion Fruit Sorbet.

Graeter’s is no stranger to limited-time ice cream offers. In January, Graeter’s teamed up with another Cincinnati staple, Skyline Chili, for the Skyline Spice Ice Cream.
