Graeter’s Skyline Chili-flavored ice cream is returning Oct. 1
Two of Cincinnati’s signature flavors — Graeter’s Ice Cream and Skyline Chili — will team up for the second straight year with Graeter’s Skyline Spice Ice Cream.
The sweet and spicy treat combines Graeter’s handcrafted French Pot ice cream with oyster crackers and Skyline’s signature chili spice mix.
It returns to Graeter’s stores again on Oct. 1, according to the companies’ social media accounts.
Graeter’s is known for its dense, rich premium ice cream, and Skyline for chili cheese coneys and 3-Ways, topped with the unique taste of Cincinnati chili.
The companies announced their first batch of the concoction in January 2025.
Several Herald-Leader staffers reviewed the ice cream, which they described as better than expected.
The first batch was available in several places, including Skyline and Graeter’s stores, select Kroger stores and on the Graeter’s website.
