So, if you are looking to say cheers to the best dad, here are three unique offerings from three of Lexington’s top fine dining restaurants. But act fast: there are deadlines to these treats, and reservations will fill up

Jeff Ruby’s Steakhouse meal kit

Maybe you want to avoid the holiday crowds and toast dad at home? Jeff Ruby’s Steakhouse in downtown Lexington has a unique Father’s Day gift alternative.

The Lexington steakhouse has a “Steak to the Lake” meal kit, featuring premium steaks and chef-crafted sides that make it easy to create a restaurant-quality meal at home.

For $245, you get:

  • Two 8-ounce filets
  • Two 14-ounce strip steaks
  • Four American Wagyu burger patties
  • Four Milk Bread Burger Buns
  • Four American cheese slices
  • One 6-ounce can of Caruso’s Italian Giardiniera
  • Two twice-baked potatoes (four halves)
  • One ounce of bacon bits
  • Two Jeff Ruby’s Mac & Cheese
  • Two 2-ounce Jeff Ruby’s Seasoning

The at-home meal kits come packaged in an insulated bag and packed with ice packs for travel. It also has detailed preparing instructions.

The Steak to the Lake meal kit is available to order online at jeffruby.com/online-ordering and will be offered through Labor Day.

Tomahawk ribeye from Mileta

If you don’t feel like cooking steak at home, the team at Mileta has a cut of beef that will make any dad impressed.

The popular fine-dining restaurant is preparing a 48 oz. Creekstone Farms Tomahawk ribeye.

The impressive steak comes with black truffle koji butter, smashed fingerling potatoes with tarragon mousseline and heirloom green beans for $195.
