Kameron May, a child who was seriously hurt when he fell through a skylight in Winchester, Ky., has received an outpouring of support from community members in Clark County Clark County Youth Athletics (Facebook).

The boy who fell through a skylight on a roof in downtown Winchester last week is continuing to recover in a hospital.

According to the Clark County Youth Athletics Facebook page, Kameron May’s family expected to get his MRI results Monday. May has been hospitalized with traumatic injuries for approximately one week after he fell through a skylight while he was on the roof of a condemned building, according to the Winchester Fire Department.

Members of the Clark County community have continued to show support for May and his family. A second vigil was held Monday evening, where community members gathered at Willis Justice Elementary School. Community members also spent Easter with May’s family, according to Clark County Youth Athletics.

“This boy has no idea what a testament he has already become and will continue to be,” Clark County Youth Athletics said in a Facebook post. ‘He has brought our little community of Clark County together.”
