James Anthony Gray double-murder trial is postponed until Feb. 18
The James Anthony Gray murder trial that had been scheduled to start Monday in Georgetown has been postponed to Feb.18, said a Gray defense attorney.
Public defender Casey Holland said the trial was postponed because of a new report that the defense and prosecutors will need time to review. He did not describe the nature of the report.
Gray, 43, is charged with murder in the 2007 shooting deaths of his parents in northern Scott County.
