‘Hunger Games’ actor Donald Sutherland designed this California home for rent. See it

A stunning home where you can view one of those warm California sunsets over the Pacific blue from your own backyard has graced the Golden State market.

An interesting tidbit? It was designed and owned by a face any fan of “The Hunger Games” franchise knows all too well — actor Donald Sutherland.

But you have to have a pretty penny tucked away to pay the monthly rent, which is $12,000.

“Located just a stone’s throw from the Santa Monica Pier, this immaculate beach house was originally designed and owned by none other than Hollywood icon Donald Sutherland,” the listing on The Agency says.

“Boasting a charming nautical theme throughout, this property offers a picturesque seaside lifestyle with breathtaking, unobstructed views of the Pacific Ocean and stunning sunsets. With its prime location, it’s only a short walk to both the historical Santa Monica Pier and Downtown Santa Monica.”

You can see the pier from the home’s glamorous deck area, which overlooks the sand.

The three-bedroom, two-bathroom condo sports some high-end amenities, including:

  • “Top-of-the-line Thermador and Miele appliances”

  • Gas fireplace

  • “Comes completely furnished”

  • Views up the wazoo

While Sutherland is recognized these days for playing President Snow in “The Hunger Games,” he has an entire plethora of award-winning films in his past, including “JFK” and “Cold Mountain.”

The listing is held by Michael Grady and Natalie Courtright.
