Hunter’s pardon

President Joe Biden’s pardon of his son, Hunter, is the cherry on his upside down cake of lies — “No, I will not pardon my son,” “The border is secure,” and all the rest of the nonsense backed up by the fake media. As President Abraham Lincoln so aptly stated: “You can fool some of the people all of the time. You can fool all of the people some of the time. But you cannot fool all of the people all of the time.”

The majority of the American people were not fooled by Biden’s press agents who touted his mental competence; “He’s the hardest working man I have ever seen. No one can keep up with him.” Even while a weaponized U.S. Department of Justice kept after former President Donald Trump with crazy legal interpretations and trumped up charges, the old warrior prevailed through the greatest barrage of adversity including assassination attempts. Even the swing states voted in his favor, defying the odds of the pollsters. In my view, the country has swung back toward sanity with an anticipated cabinet of strong vital leaders, replacing weirdos Biden installed as lackies. Thinking the American people could be swayed by a Beyonce concert instead of facts was a miscalculation toppled by hubris. Thank God.

Necessary immigrants

President-elect Donald Trump’s early parading of a glut of possible Cabinet appointments has drawn attention away from his promise of immediate mass deportation of 10 million immigrants.

Interviews with Trump’s so-called “border czar” has him just waiting for taxpayer monies and troops to assist with the roundup.

Republican delegates eagerly waving “mass deportation now” signs during their national convention makes an active imagination like mine zap them magically from their seats for not acknowledging their own ancestors coming to America. We’re a nation of immigrants so why are some of us so high falutin’ instead of being thankful our ancestors took it on the chin to get us here to America?

President Ronald Reagan realized that we needed immigrants to keep our nation working, strong, and renewed – these people are human beings, just like our wondrous ancestors. And, yes, they are helping this older person to stay in my home.

Email or call your state representative, mayor/council, local media to protect our fellow immigrants, migrants, asylum seekers: I have done this and the response was immediate and positive.

Patel’s FBI

If President-Elect Donald Trump fires FBI Director Christopher Wray and replaces him with Kash Patel, what Trump Americans might not expect is that the rest of us expect that organized crime elements in the U.S will boom. Non-Trump Americans expect the Russian mob to be in control along with other criminal elements, as there will be no actual or real impediment to their activities.

You see, in Russia, President Vladimir Putin controls the organized crime there. Our nation has been bought by a foreign adversary that means to remake our nation in the image of the former USSR. The FBI will become the KGB under Patel, and Putin will use Trump as a proxy to control the Russian mob in the United States. At least that is what I believe their plan is.

You can call me on this and say I’m wrong, but when the apple falls, gravity will be confirmed.

I believe all organized crime in the US is celebrating just the idea of Trump eviscerating the FBI with Patel.

Trump Voters

Americans voted for a man who said he was going to impose heavy tariffs on Mexico, Canada, and China — even after professionals who are paid to keep up with this kind of thing told everybody how much worse our inflation situation will become if President-Elect Donald Trump goes through with it! We were warned!l

Trump’s going to be our president again, and he’s jumping at the chance to impose tariffs. “Bring’em on,” I say! Bring on the tariffs! BECAUSE WE VOTED FOR THEM!

It’s Roe v. Wade all over again! Trump told us what he was planning on doing with Roe v Wade. And we still voted for the man! Or we didn’t vote at all.

Trump won, and over half of our country had the nerve to be upset about it! Even European countries were protesting! Everybody knows who’s building our houses in this country. We know who’s doing the jobs most Americans don’t want to do. One third of our HARD-WORKING illegal neighbors are about to be deported! Houses will cost even more and so will groceries.

REMEMBER, WE VOTED FOR THIS! SO GO AHEAD AND DEPORT EVERY ILLEGAL! I WANT AMERICANS TO FEEL THE FULL IMPACT OF THEIR STUPID DECISION!

Regional County

Merging the 15 Bluegrass region’s counties into one new county government is a case for the future. In today’s world of fast-moving economic conditions. I believe it is time for the Bluegrass region to unite as one county government. This is allowable under state law. Of course, the elected leaders in Frankfort would have to approve this. It would be a massive undertaking and power-sharing agreement and would position the Bluegrass to then become a national powerhouse all while preserving the natural beauty of the area and its signature industries like being the horse capital of the world.

Having a unified public safety and healthcare systems would lead to better outcomes and planning, and development would be much easier with much more land under one roof to create affordable housing on a grand scale. I hope we can restart this conversation of merging all 15 Bluegrass counties under one centralized regional counties government called Bluegrass county.

What say y’all?

Adoption controls

A disturbing local case highlights why it’s vital for all animal shelters to thoroughly screen potential adopters and to follow up to ensure that animals are receiving proper care. Reportedly, a young dog who had been adopted multiple times from the Paris Animal Welfare Society was surrendered to another shelter in an emaciated condition—weighing just 39 pounds, compared to 65 pounds nine months ago.

A growing number of facilities are failing animals by handing them over to anyone who will take them, without any effort to ensure that they can provide a good, responsible, and safe home. This irresponsible approach is part of “no-kill” schemes to increase “live release rates.” But it doesn’t save animals—it betrays them. Animals who are hurried out of shelters’ doors have been abused, neglected, hoarded, and killed in painful and terrifying ways.

Shelters must put animals’ best interests first—not statistics—by ensuring that animals don’t end up in the hands of people who neglect or abuse them. It’s the least they owe animals in their care.
