The University of Kentucky men’s basketball team defeated Texas A&M-Commerce 81-61 Friday night in its second game of the 2023-24 season.
The Wildcats made 32 of 67 shots from the field (47.8%), 8 of 23 from 3-point range (34.8%) and 9 of 10 from the free-throw line (90%) during the victory in Rupp Arena.
The Lions connected on 23 of 56 from the field (41.1%), 10 of 27 3-pointers (37%) and 5 of 11 foul shots (45.5%).
