The ninth-ranked University of Kentucky men’s basketball team defeated the University of Louisville 95-76 at the KFC Yum Center in Louisville on Thursday night.
The Wildcats made 35 of 68 shots from the field (51.5%), 12 of 25 from 3-point range (48%) and 13 of 16 from the free-throw line (81.3%) during the nonconference victory.
The Cardinals connected on 25 of 59 from the field (42.4%), 4 of 17 3-pointers (23.5%) and 22 of 31 foul shots (71%).
