The 17th-ranked University of Kentucky men’s basketball team was defeated by Gonzaga 89-85 in Rupp Arena on Saturday.

The Wildcats made 28 of 61 shots from the field (45.9%), 6 of 17 from 3-point range (35.3%) and 23 of 28 from the free-throw line (82.1%) during the nonconference loss.
