New police video footage of Derek Willis lying in roadway, in police car

Cincinnati TV station WCPO has posted footage released by police showing University of Kentucky basketball player Derek Willis before his arrest on public intoxication charges Saturday.

The video appears to support the arrest report’s description of police finding Willis passed out and lying in a street.
