The University of Kentucky football team defeated the 15th-ranked University of Iowa, 20-17, in the VRBO Citrus Bowl at Orlando, Fla., on Saturday.
The 22nd-rated Wildcats completed their 2021 season 10-3.
Kentucky is scheduled to kick off its 2022 season Sept. 3 at Kroger Field against Miami (Ohio).
