Live updates: Kentucky football in the 2022 NFL Draft

The 2022 NFL Draft was to continue Friday night with Rounds 2 and 3. Several University of Kentucky football players are expected to be selected over the course of the weekend.

Only the first round was held Thursday, and no Wildcats came off the board. After Friday’s second and third rounds, the remaining four rounds are scheduled for Saturday. Live broadcast coverage from Las Vegas was to begin at 7 p.m. Friday on ABC, ESPN and the NFL Network.

Kentucky has had multiple players selected in each of the last two NFL Drafts, including two first-round selections over the last three iterations (Josh Allen by the Jacksonville Jaguars in 2019 and Jamin Davis by the Washington Commanders last year).

While no Wildcats were drafted in Thursday’s first round this year, several Wildcats were considered potential day-two selections on Friday night.
