Kentucky football (6-3, 3-3) will look for its third win in program history against Alabama (8-1, 6-0) while the No. 8-ranked Crimson Tide look to clinch an SEC West title. Unsurprisingly, Alabama is a substantial betting favorite for the Wildcats’ senior day game at Kroger FIeld.

Looking to bet on Kentucky versus Alabama? Here is what you need to know about four bets you might consider.

What is the spread of the Kentucky versus Alabama football game?

Alabama was favored by 11 points, as of Thursday. Nick Saban’s team has won its last two games by more than that margin despite playing back-to-back ranked foes. Kentucky lost by at least 11 points in two of its three defeats. The last four games in the series have all been Alabama wins by at least 18 points.

What is the over/under for points scored in Kentucky versus Alabama?

The over/under is set at 47 combined points. Alabama has surrendered at least 20 points to its last four opponents, so it might be more likely to hit the over without a blowout than one might expect. Alabama and its opponent have combined for at least 47 points in six of nine games this season.

Who will score first in Kentucky versus Alabama?

UK coaches have acknowledged the importance of a fast start this week. If you buy the idea that Kentucky can use a hostile home crowd to accomplish that goal, there might be money to be made. FanDuel’s first-drive parlays included a UK offensive touchdown combined with an Alabama punt at +1200. The odds for every Kentucky player listed for DraftKings’ first touchdown scorer is +750 (Ray Davis) or greater. Demie Sumo-Karngbaye, who scored the first touchdown in Kentucky’s game last week, is listed at +3000.

How many passing yards will Devin Leary total versus Alabama?

DraftKings and Caesars list the over/under for Leary passing yards at 201.5. FanDuel lists the over/under at 203.5. Alabama averages 205.9 passing yards allowed per game. Three of Alabama’s last four opponents have thrown for at least 239 yards, but Leary has thrown for 204 yards or more just twice in SEC play. Leary did have his best passing game of the season two weeks ago against Tennessee (372 yards) and was playing well at Mississippi State last week before missing the fourth quarter due to injury.
