The Kentucky football team got back on track with a new quarterback.

Cutter Boley, the former Lexington Christian Academy star, got his first start of the season in place of an injured Zach Calzada and completed 12 of 21 passes for 240 yards with two touchdowns as the Wildcats overpowered Eastern Michigan 48-23.

UK (2-1) ran for 252 yards to Eastern Michigan’s 131. Kentucky running back Seth McGowan carried 18 times for 104 yards and three touchdowns.

The Eagles (0-3) got a solid performance from quarterback Noah Kim, who completed 25 of 42 passes for 330 yards with a touchdown and an interception.
