High School Basketball

Dave Cantrall’s Rating the State for boys’ high school basketball (Feb. 9)

This week’s Rating the State for boys’ high school basketball in Kentucky, released by Dave Cantrall on Feb. 9, has Covington Catholic at No. 1 with Ballard second. John Hardin, Madisonville and Male are tied for third.

Henry Clay moved up nine spots to ninth after a win against John Hardin last week.

New to the top 25 this week was Lincoln County and Eastern.
