High School Basketball

Dave Cantrall’s Rating the State for boys’ high school basketball (Feb. 16)

There was a new No. 1 team in this week’s Rating the State for boys’ high school basketball in Kentucky, released by Dave Cantrall on Feb. 16, as Male took over the top spot from Covington Catholic (now second). Henry Clay and Ballard were next, followed by John Hardin and Madisonville in a tie for fifth.

New to the top 25 this week was LaRue County, Simon Kenton and Logan County.
