Dave Cantrall’s Rating the State for girls’ high school basketball (Feb. 16)

This week’s Rating the State for girls’ high school basketball in Kentucky, released by Dave Cantrall on Feb. 16, has Sacred Heart at No. 1 with Simon Kenton, Ryle, Bullitt East and Christian Academy of Louisville rounding out the top five.
