John Calipari will coach Kentucky in the NCAA Tournament for the 12th time when the South Region No. 3 seed Wildcats open Thursday night against No. 14 seed Oakland. Overall, Calipari is 32-10 in NCAA tourney contests as UK head man. However, after going 22-4 in the first five NCAA Tournaments (2010-2015) in which he coached UK, Calipari is 10-6 in the six most recent (2016 through 2023) NCAA tourneys in which he has coached the Cats.
