Live updates from Kentucky vs. Auburn college basketball in Rupp Arena
Having defeated Kentucky 75-66 at home on Feb. 1, the Auburn Tigers will try to pull off a regular-season sweep of Kentucky when they visit the Wildcats for a key SEC matchup at Rupp Arena. Tipoff is scheduled for 3:45 p.m. on CBS.
Kentucky leads the conference standings with a 13-2 mark. Auburn is in second place at 11-4. A UK win would clinch the No. 1 seed in the SEC Tournament, which begins March 12 in Nashville. Should Auburn win, the Tigers could capture the No. 1 seed if Bruce Pearl’s team wins out while John Calipari’s team stumbles in either of its last two games against Tennessee (home on March 3) or Florida (away on March 7).
