Podcast: The scoop on Kentucky basketball’s newest Wildcat

John Calipari has a brand new Wildcat on the basketball roster. Davion Mintz, a 6-foot-3 point guard from Creighton, has committed to Kentucky as a graduate transfer. The 21-year-old started 80 games for the Blue Jays over three seasons before sitting out last season with an injury.

Our recruiting writer/expert Ben Roberts has talked to Mintz. So I thought it’d be a good idea to talk to Ben about the new addition’s background, attributes and how he fits on the 2020-21 roster. Hint: Ben thinks Mintz is a perfect fit. We also talked about the hot new topic of conversation, Matt Harms, and other pending personnel moves.
