Since coming to Knoxville, Tennessee basketball coach Rick Barnes is 8-6 against his good friend John Calipari. Barnes will be looking to add to that total when he brings his Volunteers to Rupp Arena on Saturday to face Calipari’s Kentucky Wildcats. UT has won three of the last four meetings at Rupp. This year, Kentucky is ranked 18th and Tennessee 22nd in the AP Top 25. To preview the matchup, Lexington Herald-Leader sports columnist John Clay talked with Mike Wilson of the Knoxville News-Sentinel about the Volunteers and Jerry Tipton of the Herald-Leader about the Wildcats.
