New restaurant alert: Breakfast, brunch option coming to Georgetown, just off I-75

The former Ruby Tuesday’s in Georgetown, right off I-75, is about to reopen as a whole new restaurant.

First Watch, the popular breakfast, brunch and lunch restaurant chain, is opening at 100 Tiger Way, in the 4,400-square-foot building.

The new restaurant is expected to open in mid-June, according to One Holland Corp..

The new restaurant will offer delivery as well as dine-in service and will have a large patio with both open air and covered seating.

First Watch is know for inventive options, including Braised Short Rib Benedict, Cornbread Carnitas Breakfast Bowl, Smoked Salmon Tzatziki Toast and Lemon Blueberry Quinoa Pancakes, as well as traditional favorites including omelets, pancakes, salads and sandwiches.

The entire menu is available seven days a week from 7 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
