Teen charged with murder in Lexington shooting that left another 19-year-old dead

A 19-year-old has been arrested and charged with murder in a shooting that left another 19-year-old dead late last month, Lexington police said.

Kaleb Henry was arrested Friday and charged with murder, robbery and first-degree wanton endangerment in the death of Miguel Diaz, who was found shot on the 400-block of Speigle Street just after 7 p.m. July 27.

Another man, Isaac Suastequi, 20, was charged a few days after the shooting with complicity to murder, two counts of first-degree robbery, tampering with physical evidence and trafficking in marijuana.

Henry was being held Friday in the Fayette County Detention Center.
