McCracken County Public Schools sent a tip to the sheriff’s office in January alleging Conn may have had a sexual relationship with a student almost one year ago, officials said. Detectives interviewed potential victims and seized digital evidence, which led to a signed search warrant executed Jan. 23.
Conn is ordered to have no contact with children except his own and to not attend school functions, according to court records. He is scheduled to be arraigned in McCracken Circuit Court April 16.
