Lexington police obtain arrest warrant in fatal Lima Drive shooting

Lexington police said Thursday that they have obtained an arrest warrant for a man in connection with Sunday's fatal shooting.

Jayronn Montero Nickerson, 22, is wanted on a murder charge in the death of Vincenzio Q. Happy. Nickerson uses the alias "Project," police said in a news release.

Happy, 23, was found shot in the parking lot of a strip mall on Lima Drive. He was taken to University of Kentucky Chandler Hospital, where he later died.
