The University of Kentucky men’s basketball team played the University of Missouri in Rupp Arena on Wednesday night. The 18th-ranked Wildcats defeated the Tigers, 83-56, in the Southeastern Conference opener for both teams.
Next up for Kentucky (10-2) is a home game against High Point (6-7) on Dec. 31. The Wildcats will celebrate former head coach Tubby Smith, who is now High Point’s head coach, before Friday’s game.
