Kentucky men’s basketball looks for a sweep of SEC-rival Tennessee when the two teams play at 7 p.m. Tuesday at Rupp Arena.

ESPN has the rematch between the two teams that played Jan. 28 with Kentucky winning 78-73 in Knoxville.

Scouting report: Tennessee

Tennessee is 20-4 overall and 7-4 in the SEC after a 70-52 win at Oklahoma last Saturday. The Vols are ranked No. 5 in the latest AP Top 25, though Rick Barnes’ club garnered one first-place vote. Tennessee is No. 4 in KenPom’s adjusted overall efficiency rankings, including a No. 1 ranking in adjusted defensive efficiency and 33rd in adjusted offensive efficiency. UT is No. 4 in the NCAA NET rankings with an 8-4 record in Quad 1 games. Only Auburn (11) has more Quad 1 wins.

Chaz Lanier leads Tennessee in scoring at 17.7 per game. Igor Milicic is the team’s leading rebounder at 8.0 per game. Milicic scored 19 points and grabbed nine rebounds in the game against Kentucky two weeks ago. Zakai Zeigler leads the SEC in assists at 7.5 per game. Zeigler was 1-for-11 from 3-point range in the first UK-UT game. The Vols were 11-for-45 from beyond the arc as a team.

Scouting report: Kentucky

Kentucky is 16-7 overall and 5-5 in the SEC after an 80-57 victory over South Carolina last Saturday at Rupp Arena. The Wildcats are 15th in the latest AP Top 25 and rank 22nd in KenPom’s adjusted overall efficiency calculations. UK is No. 2 in adjusted offensive efficiency, but No. 80 in adjusted defensive efficiency. The Cats are 17th in the NCAA NET rankings with a 7-6 record in Quad 1 games.

Otega “Mr. Consistent” Oweh leads UK in scoring at 16.0 per game. He’s the only SEC player to score in double figures every game. The team’s second-leading scorer, Jaxson Robinson, is not expected to play Tuesday because of a wrist injury. Robinson is averaging 13.3 per game. Amari Williams is UK’s leading rebounder at 9.0 per game. He grabbed 15 rebounds in the Cats’ win in Knoxville. Lamont Butler is averaging 4.7 assists per game.
