The University of Kentucky men’s basketball team played the University of Alabama in the quarterfinal round of the Southeastern Conference Tournament at Bridgestone Arena in Nashville, Tennessee, on Friday night. The sixth-seeded Wildcats were defeated by the third-seeded Crimson Tide 99-70.

Next up for Kentucky is the NCAA Tournament. The Wildcats will learn their bracket draw during the annual NCAA Selection Show on CBS on Sunday at 6 p.m.
