The University of Kentucky football team defeated the University of Louisville, 52-21, at Cardinal Stadium in Louisville on Saturday night.
The Wildcats finished the regular season 9-3 overall and 5-3 in the Southeastern Conference Louisville finished 6-6 overall and 4-4 in the Atlantic Coast Conference.
Both teams now await word on postseason bowl game destinations, which will be announced officially on Dec. 5.
