The state semifinals of Kentucky’s high school football postseason kick off Friday night.

Where we’ll be

High school sports writer Jared Peck (@HLpreps) will be at historic War Memorial Stadium where the Mayfield Cardinals host Lexington Christian in the Class 2A state semifinals.

Contributing sports writer Josh Moore (@JoshMooreHL) and photographer Silas Walker (@sigh_las) will be at Bryan Station where the Defenders will host Bullitt East and their Mr. Football candidate, quarterback Travis Egan, in the Class 6A semis.
