Mr. Basketball Jake Feldhaus and Miss Basketball Ashlinn James headline the Boys and Girls Kentucky All-Stars named Thursday.

The Boys and Girls All-Stars will take on Indiana in the Kentucky-Indiana High School All-Star Classic. The states’ senior teams will square off June 5 at Lexington Catholic and June 6 at Gainbridge Fieldhouse.

Feldhaus, a 6-foot-8 forward from Madison Central High School and the son of former Kentucky standout Deron Feldhaus, signed to play at Belmont before coach Casey Alexander left for Kansas State. Feldhaus has since requested a release from his National Letter of Intent and is exploring other options.

James, a 5-8 point guard from Assumption High School in Louisville, is signed to play next season at Indiana.

Amari Owens of Bryan Station and DeMarcus Surratt of Frederick Douglass also made the boys team.
