Four games were played Wednesday during the opening day of the 2022 United HealthCare Boys’ Sweet 16 State Basketball Tournament in Rupp Arena.
Lincoln County, North Oldham, Clark County and Pikeville punched their tickets to Friday’s quarterfinals with first-round victories.
Four more first-round games are lined up for Thursday. Below is a recap of Wednesday’s events in Lexington.
