The Kentucky Wildcats hope to end the Vanderbilt Commodores’ Cinderella story when the two teams meet in a quarterfinal matchup Friday night at the SEC Men’s Basketball Tournament.

After beating No. 14 seed Georgia on Wednesday night, the No. 11 seed Commodores upset No. 6 seed Alabama 82-76 on Thursday night. Kentucky is the No. 3 seed in the tournament. The Wildcats defeated Vanderbilt 78-66 in Nashville and 77-70 in Lexington during the regular season.
