Kwame Evans Jr. is one of the top college basketball recruit in the class of 2023.

Evans plays for Montverde Academy in Florida and for Team Durant on the Nike Elite Youth Basketball League (EYBL) circuit.

Evans is ranked as the No. 4 player in the class of 2023 by the 247Sports Composite, and the 6-9 power forward is being recruited by several big-name schools, including Kentucky.

Evans holds a scholarship offer from UK and visited the Wildcats last November.

He released a top-five list of schools in April: Auburn, Indiana, Kentucky, Oregon and UCLA.

Evans was in Louisville last weekend with Team Durant to play in the Nike EYBL session, held at the Kentucky Expo Center.

Here’s more than one minute of highlights from Evans’ game with Team Durant against New Heights Lightning on Sunday afternoon.

During the five-game Nike EYBL session in Louisville, Evans twice scored double-digit points. He averaged 4.6 rebounds per game.
