The 146th Kentucky Derby is scheduled to go to post at 7:01 p.m. Saturday at Churchill Downs.

We’re updating the odds for the race throughout the day. Check back here for the most recent changes.

The 3-5 morning-line favorite, Tiz the Law, remains in firm control, still topping the board at 4-5, and no other contender in the 16-horse field is shorter than 7-1. Those are the odds on both Santa Anita Derby winner Honor A. P., who will be ridden by two-time Derby winner Mike Smith.

Bob Baffert-trained Thousand Words, considered one of the race’s top contenders, was scratched less than 30 minutes before post time after he reared up in the paddock and lost his saddle.

More than $15 million is already in the win pool, and there are long shots galore on the Derby board, with eight of the 15 horses in the race at 24-1 or longer.

Updated odds as of 6:15 p.m. Saturday.
