March Madness is officially upon us, but that doesn’t only extend to the current college basketball season.
Across the country, high school basketball seasons are coming to an end for some of the nation’s top college recruits.
Additionally, the last uncommitted players in the 2023 class are making their college choices, while the top players in the class of 2024 continue to evaluate their options, schedule official visits and gear up for a big spring and summer on the travel basketball circuit.
As far as Kentucky basketball recruiting goes, recent days have seen the Wildcats re-establish a relationship with a top class of 2024 point guard, as well as make an in-person visit to another top 2024 guard prospect in New York.
Monday also marked the opening of the NCAA’s 60-day transfer portal window, during which players may switch schools and become immediately eligible if it’s their first time transferring.
